Hi Pavel Macek! Nice to see a Lam Family Hung Gar teacher on Strongfirst!

For a second I was gonna write that the obvious answer is Aikijutsu cause they teach you to break necks the first day but I felt it might have offended Toby, but the joke was to great and must come out.

Hahahahahaha... none taken.
However, they don't  teach you to break necks but bloody break your neck instead.

Recommendations from someone with 35 years of training and counting:

-Judo; Muay Thai/American Kickboxing; Krav Maga; Kyokushinkai; Systema; Aikido (if you can find a non-egotistical instructor, can be tough as this style tends to think it's "the" style); any Okinawan karate style; Hwarangdo or Hapkido.

Can't say as any one style is "most like" StrongFirst, but these are typically very realistic in their representation.

To the original poster, I'm not too familiar with many of the martial arts that have been commented on in this thread, but if you haven't picked up Pavel's new book, S&S, there are many references and comparisons to martial arts contained in it.

Short of a question from the man himself, a read of S&S might point you in the right direction.
