Kettlebell Measuring Swing Volume via time for high reps

Hi!

My current workout schedule includes (h2h) swings every 45 mins for the first half of the day (from ~0630-1200). After 30 reps per set, I switched to just setting a timer and progress by increasing the time spent swinging.

  • Did anyone else experience this, and what was your threshold?
  • Do you program with timed swings included? (I guess many are doing something like AXE right now.. :) )
