Hi ,

I'm trying to do military press (based on Enter kettle-bell book ) using 8kg.

When I do  this I hear some "noise" from left hand (strong hand not very strong hand) when I do without  the bell no sound.

 

Any thoughts ?

Nishan, this is a question to ask your doctor.  In the meantime, you might post a video here of you performing the movement with and without weight.
