Hi. I have recently begun doing push ups with elevated feet to develop my chest a bit (as Pavel suggested) but after few sets of those I was not able to go through my military press routine. I am supposed to do about 100 military presses weekly to keep my pressing strenght on a level - along with the muscles. Push ups, C&Ps and ROP swing/snatch program are pretty much all I am doing. Can You suggest me some way to split push ups and C&Ps? Do You see a place for clapping push ups in this routine as well?

Adam, you cannot specialize on two presses at once.  Either one or the other, or a moderate mix of both.

Thanks Pavel, I'll leave C&Ps for a while then.

I have to say btw, it's interesting that You recommended push ups with elevated feet for chest, although in BB You wrote about clapping push ups.

My bad! You said to do elevated push ups after sets of OAPs; I guess clapping push ups could go wrong after those ; )
