I havent worked out with barbells or dumbells in a long so this week i played with barbells. Since i was on heavy medication for a while i thought my strenght would be low since i only trained with kettlebells but i was wrong. My muscle tension have inrcreased and i feel them alot better. Are there anybody here that had the similiar experience?
 
I only train with kettlebells, so I can't compare usage of other strength equipment. I do find that KB work gives you a solid chest and back and densily looking arms without being overly developed like a bodybuilder. Even the legs get there share.
 
Learning how to increase muscle tension is a skill - glad to hear it's had carryover for you, but not surprised by this.
