Sadly, most of my barbell snatches are (inadvertently) muscle snatches... I used to have some competence w. the lift, but my "used to" stories are now 2-4 decades old.
Doing Isabel would always give me the craziest yoke pump and soreness. I was never skilled enough to do a full snatch so I always just power snatched the wod.
