I took the SFG Course yesterday and we did more swings than I do in a week of S&S. By the end of the day I had blisters underneath my calluses (I didn't even know that was possible).
Despite my sissy hands and extremely sore body today, the course was excellent and well worth the money. I was glad we had a small amount of people attending; we had extra time and got to work stuff that wasn't on the agenda.
To anyone wondering if the course is for them, it is. Even the more experienced gireviks could use some fine-tuning.
