Hello, so have advised me to write my training journal here, for others to see. So, I was doing several things in body weight and I decided for now to go through my own training program and see where it takes me. I will do a full-body 3 times a week; Appropriate warm-up; raised push-ups: 3 × 8 reps, Australian pull-ups: 3 × 8 reps, full push-ups: 2 × 5 reps, Chin-up: 2 × 5 reps, bent knee lift: 3 × 8 reps, squat: 2 × 5 reps , Split-Squat: 2 × 20 (10 per legs), short bridge: 3 × 10 reps. And so my goal is to increase the reps for all the exos but especially to focus on the full push-ups, chin-ups, abs, and squats these are the movements that I will try to increase and focus on. To get to 2 × 20 push-ups, 2-3 × 10 chin-ups, 2 × 40 reps squats and then move on to diamond push-ups, pull-ups, and one-leg versions of squats. Here, I will try to follow my training days.
