Evening all or morning, whatever..
As someone who suffers from less than optimal posture I'm looking for some ideas, drills or experts in the field of strength and mobility within the upper back and neck area for posture and then of course to carry over in to my training...
So,what do you do and what are your sources for your thoracic and neck strength...?
