Hi Pavel. Thanks for your Neck Up article. Say im doing clean should i be using neck& eyes in 3 ways? ie:
1) Neck & Eyes up pulling the barbell?
2) Neck & Eyes down to pull under the barbell?
3) Neck & Eyes down to get under a jerk?
This has been good timing for me as i have recently been straining my neck during my Olympic Lifts.And i have a lovely Trigger Point right beside my artery near throat....
