I decided to increase my Bodyweight reps in basic Pull Ups and Dips (using Recon Ron program) before attempting advanced calisthenics...my goal are 20/25 pull ups and 25/30 Dips...all with strict and perfect form...the i’ll Consider harder variations
The Recon Ron Program calls for 6 days a week of Pull Ups (and I apply the same principles for Dips)...adding a rep the following week
For my legs I introduced again Deadlift...i’m using Dan John Rule of ten (5x2 adding 10kg each set) my only doubt is about frequency...1 or 2 times a week for Deads?
