What's a reliable method for training the one arm pullup? It's the exercise that made me start bodyweight training in the first place. I've learned the one arm pushup and Pistol squat, but the unilateral pulling strength isn't there, yet. I can do 20 strict pullups, 12 archer pullups, can do weighted pullups with +65% of my bodyweight added, and I can hang on one arm for decent time. So I know I have a good amount of pulling strength, but the one arm pullup is still very out of reach
