Question for the chief,
I became intrigued with the moving target complex after reading the blog, specifically the part three with the six week medium and heavy volume approach and tried it about an hour ago. I went heavy and did two rounds of the 2,3,5 as per day one with the "I go You go" approach for rest. (I used the clock since I train solo)
My question is this, I did the press focused series with the I go you go approach then rested about 60 to 75 seconds and did the squat focused series, rested again for 60 to 75 seconds and did the clean focused and took two minutes before I started the second round. ..... it did kick my butt might I add.
Is this acceptable or should I reduce the weight and begin the next series after resting as long as the top set of the previous series?
