I don't know what e-mail address to send a write-up of my gripper experiment to. The results are pretty encouraging though! I went beyond the initial 6-week timeline and extended it to 8 weeks. I just felt like 6 weeks would be stopping it while I still had some momentum built up. I rested a week and then re-tested my max on the select group of grip exercises that I began the test with.
