I don't know what e-mail address to send a write-up of my gripper experiment to.  The results are pretty encouraging though!  I went beyond the initial 6-week timeline and extended it to 8 weeks.  I just felt like 6 weeks would be stopping it while I still had some momentum built up.  I rested a week and then re-tested my max on the select group of grip exercises that I began the test with.

I'm looking forward to sharing the results with you and the forum.

 
 
Part 1 sent!  Part 2 will be sent on Wednesday, if I can get it re-typed by then.  I had it all typed up and ready to go, and then misplaced the second part.  Part 1 is basically an introduction and then a "before" and "after" show and tell.  Part 2 is going to detail the exact workouts I did.  There is one slight variation I added that I think was a little more beneficial for gripper strength.
