I was just wondering if you would be willing to share w hat your current training plan is like and  what sort of goals you have and things you are working toward .  As you've become older, busier, etc..how have your personal training goals changed?

Frank, it is not too interesting.  I am focusing on optimizing the weighted dip technique for my elbow.

I would like to know you got a 606 deadlift.  Were you training & travelling at the same time?  Would love to see a video -- we know you have a high-hips style.  Thanks!
 
Pavel,  how often do you use your own programs?  Do you have a favorite you go back to? With so much knowledge, do you just find yourself experimenting alot?
