The Level II SFG in Philadelphia has now sold out!

So, we scheduled another one. Good news for those of you who were unsure whether you could be ready by September.

Do you have a good recommendation of a protocol or book that will help me prepare for the SFG 2?

Samy, if you keep your Level I skills up, all you need to do is to build your press (use the Right of Passage) and get a lot of shoulder mobility for jerks and bent presses through arm bars, etc.
