Old Forum Physical testing stuck in a regimen

I need some advice from you folks, please.

Next Saturday I will be taking my Black Belt Pre-test, which includes maxing out on pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, a 2-mile run, and other physical activities that I'm not aware of yet.

My question: I'm doing the ROP (with pull-ups added); should I continue my H-L-M (Mon-Weds-Fri) next week as usual, or should I just rest up in preparation for Saturday's max-effort physical test (it lasts around three hours, by the way)?
 
I took the week before my 1st degree Black belt and 2nd degree black belt off pretty much. Just did kata and some stretching in the mornings.
