Someone pressed fast forward on my workout today, was pressed for time and not feeling it but decided on a 20 minute emom, 3 single push press left then 3 single push press right with a 36kg for the first minute the 15 diamond push ups the next and so on, average rest time consistently maintained of 30 seconds after the press and 40 seconds after the diamonds but my god did it feel shorter as the sets went on, really did kick my a#@, amazing what tweaking a routine just slightly can take you out your comfort zone
