Old Forum PM or S&S

I just finished reading Simple and Sinister (for the first time anyway) and want to move from doing the Program Minimum to S&S but can really only fit in four days a week.  Will I be better off staying with the PM for now?

S&s is a reforged program minimum just so you know

I understand that, however the programming is slightly different.  PM is two days of TGU and two days of swings and S&S is daily (mostly) but I can realistically only fit in four days a week.

S&S can be done almost daily, but it does not have to be. 4 days a week is definitely enough. Give it a shot.
