Old Forum Preferred Bells of choice and a SS Question

Are Perform better Kettlebells the preferred Bells of choice for Strong first certification?

SS Question, for an adult male starting back after a long layoff would it be better to start with a 16k bell and take say 2-4 weeks and swing that before working with the 24k bell(s)?

We use PerformBetter! bells for the majority of our events. Good product, fair price, great company.

Personally, I'd start with a 16kg bell.
