A few years ago I had an RKC watch my swings, and more recently I had a SF instructor and  SF TL watch my swings.  The feedback I received was that my swings looked good.  But, I always had a sense that there was something wrong with my swings.  In S&S, Pavel says to press the arms tightly against the body.  That cue makes an AMAZING difference in how my swings feel!  I am amazed that the other instructors didn't see or coach that, but that cue by itself makes S&S a very good deal.

Jeff, when you meet more SF people, you will pick up more subtleties.  The more eyes, the better.

Pavel,

I am not knocking the SF instructors.  I appreciate the cues that you provide for what seem like simple and straightforward exercises.  Those little tweaks are huge.  The only reason I mention it is because there might be other people who need to be made aware of that coaching cue, or very good instructors who can be even better by remembering that cue.
