Strong Endurance Programming A+A for Trapbar Farmers Carry

Hey Strongfriends, I’m looking at adding a day of Trapbar farmers carries to my weekly schedule and would like to ask of the best way of programming it or protocol that would suit it best!
Looking at building Strength endurance.
Thanks in advanced!

Weekly Schedule
Day 1- Axe
Day 2- Strength
Day 3- Rest
Day 4- Axe
Day 5- Strength
Day 6- Trapbar Farmers carry
Day 7- Off
 
If it’s a priority I’d slide it in post strength day at least a lighter version. Get up to 3x a week

You can program them as “just do it”
Or a simple OTM for 10 minutes to build up the strength then extend the carries to convert the strength into strength endurance.
