I’ve been weight training for about 18+ years, mostly bodybuilding/powerlifting style of weight training, I’ve been using the conjugate method lately. I have a boxing background of about 20 years or so, but those days are behind me. I discovered KB’s in 2020 and I have become proficient in all of the main lifts. I have lost aesthetics and my deadlift/squat BB numbers have plummeted over the last couple of years. I love A+A,Q&D, and SS. Is it possible to use any of the prior mentioned KB protocols and mix them with a barbell plan? To gain back some aesthetics, gain power, and gain strength? I know it’s a lot, but it’s been driving me nuts trying to combine them. Thanks in advance!
