Before I buy Deadlift Dynamite I would like to ask an important question:
What range of equipment is needed to put its content into practice?
Will my Home-Gym (It's equipped with Power-Rack, BB, Bench, KBs, PullUp-Bar/Rings & I could probably afford a cable-attachment for the rack, if it is needed.) suffice for it?
I think I read in an article, that Andy Bolton uses exercises like leg-press and leg-curls for assistance in his training. So would I have to compromise, if I don't have access to a fully equipped gym with leg-press etc.?
