I am a big fan of you and this forum. Now I read your book Never let go, I read about ab exercises not make your abs visible nor should they give you a six pack.
I agree with you and therefore I think of ditching my ab program, maybe not entirely but certainly for the most of it. I keep a moderate diet ,could be better but have a problem with losing weight. I do ab exercises like reverse crunches and 3 other exercises every other day for about 20 minutes. Without any reduction in waist size.

The question is would I be better of doing cardio in these 20 minutes. Like 20 minutes of swings , 30 minute jog, Snatches with KB's any thing like that?
I would gladly hear your advice.
