Pavel,

I have been compressing my abdomen, performing the anal lock and directing the reverse breath to straighten out the "kinks in the balloon" in the OAP and Pistol. Yes, I did have an "awesome revelation of superpower." Thank you, good sir. :)
However, how do I direct the energy compressed in my lower abs, during pullups and bridges, to lift myself? The kinks are at the top unlike the NW drills, so how do I do it?
Thanks in advance, sir.

Aaqib, thank you for your kind words!

Reverse breathing does not seem to work well in pullups.

You're welcome sir. And thanks again.
So, what breathing technique is best for enhancing pullup strength? Adding weight is unfortunately not an option for me, so I have to focus on getting tight and decreasing leverage.

Aaqib, hold your breath and squeeze your abs on the way up.

It is easy to add weight to pullups with home made equipment.
