I have been compressing my abdomen, performing the anal lock and directing the reverse breath to straighten out the "kinks in the balloon" in the OAP and Pistol. Yes, I did have an "awesome revelation of superpower." Thank you, good sir.
However, how do I direct the energy compressed in my lower abs, during pullups and bridges, to lift myself? The kinks are at the top unlike the NW drills, so how do I do it?
