Thank you for your reply Mr. Tsatsouline. I have been reading Mr. Hofmekler's books and other material on fasting a few years now. Maybe in a new book you could include a section on the benefits of fasting for health and muscle gains. I try to fast every day from 2 in the afternoon till 6 in the morning. I found an increase of energy from this after 10 days and a suppression in my appetite after about 21.
