I would like to ask Mr. Tsatsouline whether or not he does intermittent fasting. And does he include anything special in his diet like whey protein.
 
John, yes, I have been for about 10 years since I met Ori Hofmekler.  Understand that this is a personal choice; I am not a nutrition expert.
 
Pavel,  do you under eat (some veggies etc) or strict fast with just coffee, water etc?
 
Thank you for your reply Mr. Tsatsouline. I have been reading Mr. Hofmekler's books and other material on fasting a few years now. Maybe in a new book you could include a section on the benefits of fasting for health and muscle gains. I try to fast every day from 2 in the afternoon till 6 in the morning. I found an increase of energy from this after 10 days and a suppression in my appetite after about 21.
 
Also, I am surprised in his book "Unlock Your Muscle Gene" he does not make mention of using the kettlebell for developing the hybrid type IIA muscle.
