Old Forum Question: Full Contact Twist rep scheme

Ladies and gentlemen of StrongFirst,

what would be the recommended rep scheme for Full Contact Twist, PTTP style/Easy Strength style? And how to count it (left and right = 1 rep?).

There is an article on T-Nation by Dr. Stuart McGill that shows Comrade Pavel doing them the exact way they should be done.
 
Chief: Thank you, Sir! One of my fighters is currently on a ES, doing deadlift, floor press and full contact twist, and he has excellent results - his sparring partners can really feel the difference. 2-3×3, i got it!

I have been doing a lot more work with resistance bands (cables). What do you think about the resistance band version of this?

Richard, no opinion; I have never done it with cables.
