Old Forum Question on bodyweight training prog and running

Hello Comrades,

I will start a new job in august and because of my finacial situation i can't efford a car. This brings up some problems. As i want to be fit and good at my job a s&s sessions after the ride home is unrealistic at best.  To counter that i'd like to use bodyweight excercises on my way home. I have roughly half an hour after my job ends (while i'm waiting for the train) and another half hour waiting for the bus. The last session could take place while i'm cooking dinner. As you might have guesst i want to use the gtg approche.

My plan:

Mo, Tu, Thu: GtG with Pistols, OAPU and Pull-ups (3 sessions per day)

Wed: Fingertip Push ups and Towelholds

Fr: Sprint Training

Sun: Long run

What i'm aiming for: - I want to run a 10k in october

- One Arm One Leg Push up

- Built a base for one arm pull up training

Questions: 1.Do i train the lower back with weighted pistols?

2.Am i missing something?

3. Any other advice you can give?
