Old Forum Question regarding OAPU-Form

Hey comrades!

A happy new year to all of you! i hope you enjoyed the holidays like i did.

In my quest for the oapu i came across a point in my form where i don't know what is correct form. I got pictures ( jpeg) but can't seem to send my post if i put them in. As for a discribtion of my form, the questions is if my hips are to high fullfil correct form. Do the hips have to be parallel to the ground like the shoulders?
