There's a recovery technique where you bend over and sway your arms then lean back and spread your arms while reaching for the sky. Do you inhale bent over or when you bend back?
 
S&S page 66:

"Taking a big inhalation, opening your chest and raising your arms overhead in a "Y" shape. Look up, tense your glutes, and slightly bend backward. Hold your breath momentarily, then drop your arms and body as if your muscles were suddenly unplugged. Push your tail back and collapse in a hip-hinge pattern, your weight towards your heels. Release a sigh of relief."
