Currently train bjj/judo 5-6 days a week.

Current goal is to complete Rite of Passage, would greatly appreciate any feedback along the way.

Don't really feel my left side is transitioning well from push press to strict press. Signed up for coaching with a SFG instructor will see how it goes.
 
Going to take a short break from ROP to focus on feedback I received from SFG coaching.

Had a 1 hour session on the 2H swing. Covered points about:
1. Proper kb positioning
2. Hip and glute activation
3. Feet positioning and stability
4. Breathing
5. Lat engagement

Going to focus on these points over the next week and have another session.
