I suffer from nerve pain in legs fro L5S1 nerve compression from my spondolysthesis. Doctor has given OK for rehab. I ordered and read book from Stu Mcgill-He advocates 3 exercises for core-bird dog, stir the pot and side plank along with working up to 3-30 minute walks a day-all exercises done everyday. I'm always sore from this-at day 21. Any ideas for a better program to hit core muscles using only body-especially glutes
