Old Forum Rest between sets (40-Day Workout)

Good morning,
I have one question about the rest time between sets in this program. I know that normally it has to be 3-5 minutes but can I do one set of pull, rest 2 minutes and then do one set of push, rest 2 minutes and go back to my pull exercice? Normally I use tension techniques so I'm not sure if this time of rest would be good in this type of training.

 
 
1trix, rest as long as you need.  Do not artificially extend the rest periods as one would with heavy weights and do not rush the clock either.
