My girlfriend bought a 16kg from Rogue. Received it yesterday and the box was totally mangled. I started taking pics right away because I knew the bell wasn't ok. Sure enough there was a huge spot on the powdercoat that was destroyed.

I contacted them and hoped they would make it right but unsure how. They are sending a brand new one and don't want the old one back! I *almost* feel bad accepting it.

I've heard of companies offering you to keep the damaged bell at a significantly reduced cost but not for free!!! awesome!

Haha, yep. This sounds awful, but that's how I had most of my doubles. I'd ordered Rogue bells, and there were either finish or surface issues with nearly every one.
