In the book the weights given are assuming a bodyweight press of a 200lbs guy. Some of us arent nearly that big (I am only weighing in around 145-150lbs), how should we adjust the weights accordingly?
 
The book recommends 15-5RM weight for your grind blocks, and 30-10RM range for the explosive blocks.
