At the moment I am just practicing the goble squat, the swing and the get up for 5 minutes before each Krav Maga training, 3 times a week. And greasing the groove of one arm push up and pistol.
I am planning to train Krav Maga for 5 days for the next month, which is my last in Lithuania, and start S&S back in Spain, with my 20 kg kettlebell.
