May I ask a question? Using S&S as training program but at the time I want to train for the other 4 exercises(snatch, clean, front squat, military press). Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
I followed jon ace's advice this morning. However, I've chose to split the drills into a snatch/military press day and a clean/squat day. I'm using a bell smaller than my TGU bell and keeping the ballistic moves to 3x5 and the grinds 3x3. Today, I did the snatch/press combo, and I feel like it was a perfect compliment to my S&S work. The rest of the session felt really strong.
