In the end of the book , where the summary of the program is , it say 10 getups in 10 minutes.  I am assuming that is 5 each side?  For the swing portion, it is 10L 10 R x 5 as well.
 
Yep 5 each side. Alternate sides each rep. 10 total reps.

At least that's the way I understood it.
