Question for Pavel or anyone who more experience with S&S.

Is there a limit to days in a row?  If I feel good , should I make it a point to take a day off, or should I just keep going .  I do mix in a light day where I drop a bell size or 2 and do my training.  I have been going 6 or 7 days with a 52 for swings and 70  getups and to be honest feel great but take a day off just because I think I should.  Thanks in advance!

Frank, I've been doing it since it came out and I think if you feel good and are making progress, you should just keep going. I'm not sure what my 'streak' was but I must've made it 30+ days. As I move onto the heavier weights I'm finding I need to rest a little or my grip starts to give out on the 1h swings. But as long as you're making progress and feel good, keep going!
