Loved the article on training MMA fighters.

As some know here I train in Full Contact Karate/Kickboxing which goes well with this training.

I really like the idea of the 10x10 Swings and the 10x10 Push Press.

Would there be a long term plan that could use that?

I like Get ups but I really like Push Pressing. :)
 
As someone who stalled out on S&S at 40kg and moved onto barbell training (with good results), the push press modification intrigues me.
