My vote goes to 40. Make sure you stay a bit longer at 32 to really, really own it. If you run into trouble incorporating 40, tag me on the forum and I will give you some tips.

Pavel, would you mind outlining some of your ideas on how to bridge a difficult weight jump?

I am guessing it might include partial GUs, swing sets with less reps and phasing it in slowly.

@Bauer , exactly. All you wrote, plus:

- stay longer with 32 and making sure you truly own it
- bump up occasionally the number of sets to 12
- use a spotter for the first get-ups
- add a heavier sets let's say every 4 weeks or os
