Training Log (Public) S&S Questions

Hi,
My name is Andrea, I'm 44 yo, male. Weight 90kg.
I'm looking at doing S&S with 24kg by the end of March.
I've started the program the first week of January and I have planned to train 4 times a week.
At the moment I'm doing 10x10 swings with 24kg (two hands and single hand depending on how I feel) and 5x2 TGU with 16 Kg. I can do it in 15 mins. I do the stretch some days (not always)
I'd like to get few information to keep myself motivated.
What are the main actions to put in place to being able to get to the end result I want?
What are the obstacles I should expect?
What inspiration book/video should I watch?
