So i dedicated myself to 12 weeks of S&S (3 times a week) in order to finally achieve the 32 kg Get-Up. The swings I already did with the 32 kg. However, i achieved this feat on the second workout of the second week. . So i kept working it in, one set at a time, and continued with ten once i was there.
I was even surprised that I was able to do this with this form.

I am now in week 11, and today was the forst workout, so i decided to ramp it up a bit, and try 1 hand swings with the 40 kg for the first time, and the second set of the Get-Ups I also used a 40 kg.
I ended up with 100 1 arm swings with the 40 kg, and 1 Get-Up (I count 1 Left and 1 right as 1 rep) with the 40, 4 with the 32. A nice little WTH effect inside a program.
