I'm trying to decide which is best when it's time to move up from the 24kg to the 32kg in the swing:
1. Keep doing them all one-armed, but keep using the 24kg, and slowly work in one-armed sets with the 32kg.
2. Use only the 32kg, but do them tw0-armed, and slowly work in one-armed.
What do you think?
