Hey all,

I have been doing S&S pretty much as written (the only variant is I add one "nice" set of a pull up variant at the end of each session) for about six weeks.

I am working the 32kg right now.  I feel certain I could do 1:1 in both exercises, but not sure I could do it every day and still do my Muay Thai/BJJ workouts.  Couple more weeks should do it.

Results so far:  I weigh the same but am clearly leaner and carrying a bit more muscle.  The conditioning has carried over very well to sparring, both stand-up and rolling, and some of the younger guys (I'm 52) have started saying things like, "Man, you're strong as hell."
