Been doing this since January. Started slow due to shoulder, neck and back injuries from Bjj.
I now own the 24 kb and am working in the next heavier bell.
Injuries are almost completely gone, probably a 80-90% improvement. No exaggeration. I had some real concerns whether or not the lower back and especially the shoulder could handle it.
Frankly they feel great.
In regards to Bjj, S&S has given me the equivalent of a year or two of experience and kept me competitive despite my lack of recent regular training.
Question, I can do 2-3 sets of the 32kg for each exercise. What's typical time to on it for you all based on 3-4 sessions a week?
