I am an aging comrade (48) years young. I went to the S & S program in January 2014 & I feel great. I add some Chins & bridges every couple of sessions along with sledgehammer lever lifts just because I like to say I can do them. I have been doing Ju-Jitsu & Muay Thai classes once or twice per week.
I don't have back or shoulder pain any more.
